Hestan is seeking a skilled Grinding & Polishing Technician to join our manufacturing team, where you will safely handle and process metal parts using hand, power, and pneumatic tools to perform a range of finishing functions — including edge removal, weld cleanup, re-graining, and high-polish mirror finishes — in support of our luxury product line. You will work from technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders to understand material requirements and delivery sequences, while taking care to protect finished surfaces using appropriate protective materials throughout the process. This role involves close collaboration with senior technicians, leads, and supervisors to ensure timely order completion, as well as mentoring and guiding Assistant Grinding & Polishing Technicians on best practices.
