Where are your products made?
Many of our products, including ranges, rangetops, grills and more, are assembled at our facility in Anaheim, CA, USA. Some products, however, are developed in partnership with well established domestic OEM manufacturers, as well as international OEM manufacturers.
Do you sell your products directly to customers?
No, all of our indoor and outdoor products are available for purchase through an authorized dealer. We offer a Find A Dealer tool to help customers find dealers/showroom locations.
Where can I purchase your products?
Our products can be purchased through an authorized dealer, and we have many across the US and Canada. To find a dealer in or near your area, check out our Find a Dealer tool.
Do you offer any rebates or promotions?
Do you offer any discounts for designers?
Hestan does not offer a designer discount, but some of our distributors or dealers may offer these discounts through their own program.
What colors do you offer your products in? Are all products available in all colors?
Hestan offers 12 signature colors/finishes for their products: Steeletto (Stainless Steel, no color), Citra (Orange), Matador (Red), Grove (Green), Stealth (Black), Froth (White), Lush (Purple), Tin Roof (Burgundy), Bora Bora (Turquoise), Pacific Fog (Dark Gray), Prince (Blue), and Sol (Yellow). Majority of our products are offered in these color options and will be specified on each product page. There are also two colors unique to Aspire by Hestan: Reef (Pink) and Orion (Dark Blue).
What’s the difference between the All Gas and Dual Fuel Ranges?
The Dual Fuel Ranges have electric oven(s) below, while the All Gas Ranges have gas-fired oven(s) below. The Dual Fuel Ranges, particularly the oven, have several additional features than the All Gas Ranges. In addition to the MarquiseDisplay™ on the oven handle, there are 9 oven modes, including Convection Bake, Convection Broil, Convection Roast, Bake, Broil, Proofing, Defrosting, Warming, and Self Cleaning. The Dual Fuel Range also offers our PureVection Technology, which utilizes a single convection fan that has a heating element for optimal performance, achieved by alternating and adjusting the levels of heat and air circulation needed to produce the best results. The All Gas Range does not have a MarquiseDisplay™ on the oven handle, a self-cleaning feature, or soft-close door. The voltage requirements are also different between the two product groups.
What’s the difference between Hestan Outdoor and Aspire by Hestan?
Both Hestan Outdoor and Aspire by Hestan offer high-quality and high-performance products for your dream outdoor space, but each line has their own list of products. Hestan Outdoor is the best the industry of outdoor has to offer, where Aspire has its own beautiful and powerful identity too.
What type of warranty do you offer for your products? Are there any extended warranties?
We offer a 3-year, IronClad full warranty for our Indoor products. All indoor and outdoor products have their warranties listed in the product manual. These can be found under the Design Resources page on our website. A 1-year full warranty is available for our Outdoor products.
Do you offer instructional videos for installing and troubleshooting your appliances?
Yes! We have a playlist on our YouTube channel called IronClad Service, where your installer/servicer can find a variety of instructional videos for our products.
I’m learning to cook on my new Hestan products. Do you have any recipe or instructional videos?
We offer a wide variety of cooking/recipe videos on our YouTube channel under the Mastering the Grill playlist.
What’s the largest size range you offer?
Our All Gas and Dual Fuel Ranges are each available in 30”, 36” and 48” units. Our Smart Gas range is available in 36” only. Induction ranges come in 30” and 36”.
I want the griddle in the center of my range. Are your ranges customizable?
Our ranges are not customizable. The location of burners and griddles can not be interchanged.
Are your Outdoor Living Suites customizable?
The Hestan Outdoor Living Suites are not customizable, but we do offer a wide variety of options to choose from that you can find here.
What does the Campania Pizza Oven™ come with?
The Campania Pizza Oven™ can be installed as a countertop unit to complement a full outdoor kitchen, or built into a non-combustible structure, and comes with a stainless steel pizza peel. In addition, color and light kits are available as an upgrade for purchase, as the standard product is only available in stainless steel. When you purchase a carbon fiber vinyl cover with your pizza oven, an additional year is included with your warranty.
What type of cookware can be used on the Smart Gas Range and Rangetop?
In order to take advantage of the unique precise temperature control feature, the Hestan Smart Pan, which comes with the Smart Gas Range, must be used on the designated Smart Gas burner. All other cookware can be used on the standard burners, which do not have the precise temperature control capabilities. For versatility, we also have the following smart pans available for purchase: AKST3 Sauce Pot (3.5 qt.), AKST5 Chef’s Pot (5.5 qt.), AKSP11 Pan 11″ (including with product) and the AKSPN11 Pan, Non-Stick, 11″.
I’m currently designing a sustainable kitchen. What products do you offer that I can consider?
Induction cooking is a super efficient and sustainable cooking option for your home. We currently offer several induction 30” and 36” cooktops, and will be launching new Induction Dual Fuel Ranges and Rangetops later this year in 2022.
How does the Induction range differ from All Gas and Dual Fuel options?
Induction utilizes magnetic current to transform your cookware into an exceptional heat source. This generates exceptionally high heat and immediately responds to change in temperature, making it one of the most efficient cooking options available. The surface of the range is also ceramic glass vs. cast iron grates, which makes it extremely easy to clean. Some of our induction options include the addition of a smart burner for guided cooking recipes, all from your phone or tablet.
