Hestan Kitchen Appliances Terms & Conditions

End-user consumers who purchase a qualifying new Hestan appliance at participating Authorized Hestan dealers within the 50 U.S. states during the Program Period (defined below) will be eligible for a Hestan Culinary Cookware set, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

To qualify for the Hestan Culinary Cookware set:

  • Purchase any qualifying new Hestan appliances at UMRP within the Program Period 

For the purposes of this promotional offer, the term “qualifying new Hestan appliances” refers to all brand new in-box appliances. Open-box items, show room display units, B-Stock, refurbished or reconditioned, discontinued models, builder sales, or model home sales are excluded from eligibility for the promotion. This offer is subject to availability.

Program Eligibility:

  • This promotional offer is limited to one online rebate per household.
  • This offer cannot be combined with any other offer. 
  • Qualifying new Hestan appliances must be purchased between February 2nd, 2026 and December 31, 2026 (the “Program Period”).
  • The purchase date is determined by the date printed on the receipt.
  • Purchases of qualifying new Hestan appliances during the Program Period must appear on the same sales receipt.
  • All Hestan appliances must be purchased at the full retail price advertised at the time of purchase on hestanappliances.com
  • Purchases of Qualifying Products are to be paid in full to the same retailer in the same transaction prior to registering your claim for this promotion. Laybys will not be accepted unless paid in full within the Promotional Period. 
  • If a Qualifying Product is on backorder (‘out of stock’) that product must be paid in full during the Promotional Period to be eligible for this offer. Full payment and receipt of the product(s) (and therefore access to the product serial number) must occur before the Claims closing date in order to lodge an online claim for this promotional offer. 
  • You must register your claim online no later than December 30, 2026 .
  • This offer is available only to the original purchaser and is non-transferrable.

Exclusions:

  • Cannot be combined with display, trade or builder discounts. 
  • The promotional offer is void where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law.
  • Online purchases from internet auction sites, or purchases of refurbished, reconditioned, or free merchandise (including giveaways) are not eligible for this promotional offer.
  • Purchases made in store or through participating retailers are eligible.
  • Purchased merchandise must not be returned for the rebate to be valid; online rebate for Cookware set will be forfeited upon return of the product.

Availability and Substitutions:

  • The cookware set is subject to availability. If the advertised cookware set is unavailable or discontinued at the time of fulfillment, it will be replaced with a cookware set of equal or greater value. No cash or other alternatives will be provided.

How to Claim: 

You must register for your claim online here. Claimants must agree to these full Terms and Conditions on the online registration form and supply the information marked as mandatory, including providing proof of purchase.

When registering your claim you must supply the following information: 

  1. Contact details – customer name (which must match the customer name on the proof of purchase), address, email address and daytime contact phone number. The Promoter accepts NO responsibility for a Claimant submitting incorrect details.
  2. Serial number(s) and Product Model of your Qualifying Product(s).
  3. Copy of your proof of purchase – a receipt/tax invoice indicating the customer name, date of purchase, store (including address) invoice number, details of Qualifying Products including model number, the price paid (excluding any additional charges e.g. warranty costs) and total invoice amount.

You can provide a copy of your proof of purchase by either scanning or taking a photo of your proof of purchase and uploading it with your claim form.

  1. Scanning – Scan proof of purchase and save as a PDF
  2. Photo – Take a photo of your proof of purchase from your smartphone, make sure it is in focus and legible

Please ensure you retain your original proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in the invalidation of a claimant’s claim and forfeiture of any right to a Rebate or limited manufacturer’s warranty offer.

Limitations:

  • Offer valid only in the 50 U.S. states.

Hestan Commercial reserves the right to modify the terms of the promotion, including but not limited to changes in the list of qualifying appliances or authorized retailers, at any time without notice.
